A tranquil retreat at the end of your day's travels or the stepping off point for exploring the magnificent wilderness of the Wheaton River Valley.

Wheaton River Wilderness Retreat is located on the bend of the Wheaton River in the heart of the coastal mountains, halfway between Whitehorse and Carcross on the Annie Lake Road. It is under an hour’s drive to either destination, but once you discover the stunning natural beauty of the valley you may want to stay longer than a day.
Carmen and Robert Perren are your hosts at Wheaton River Wilderness Retreat.

Here we enjoy a rustic lifestyle which includes living with solar power, cooking and heating with wood and exploring the magnificent wilderness which surrounds us.

We have explored many of the remote parts of the valley and hope that you too will discover the spectacular beauty of our area and its endless opportunities for enjoying the great wildlife. Carmen Muehlemann & Robert Perren.
